No Refunds
All services, consultations, and monitoring subscriptions provided by Pro Vigilant Solutions are non-refundable once booked or initiated.
Any hardware or equipment sold (e.g., cameras, alarms, access control devices) is final sale unless it is defective, in which case we will replace or repair the item at our discretion.
By purchasing services or products from Pro Vigilant Solutions, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued.
Exceptions
Defective equipment or hardware will be replaced or repaired if reported within 14 days of receipt with proof of purchase.
